You can return anything within 15 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund, including if you simply change your mind, as long as it comes back in its original packaging with proof of purchase. On a change-of-mind return you pay the return shipping and the original shipping charge is not refunded. If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we cover the return shipping.

Buying kitchen equipment online
We sell kitchen equipment and tableware and nothing else, so this is the short version of what is worth knowing before you order.
What is worth spending on
A kitchen has two kinds of purchase in it. There are the things you use every day that wear out visibly: cookware, utensils and the appliance you reach for most. And there are the things that solve one problem and can be replaced in five minutes, which is most accessories. The first group is worth paying for; the second is worth buying on fit.
Nonstick, and what takes it off
Most complaints about a coated pan trace back to a metal utensil or an empty pan on a high burner. Silicone and wooden utensils leave the coating alone, which is why a silicone set sits beside the cookware here. The ceramic set's listing states a coating derived from sand and free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium; that is the manufacturer's statement, quoted as published.
Tritan, melamine and wheat straw
Three materials do the hard-to-break job and they are not interchangeable. Tritan is a clear, BPA-free copolyester and the one that passes for glass. Melamine has the look of porcelain and suits plates you want on a set table, but it never goes in a microwave or an oven. Wheat straw fiber is the lightest, and its listing states it is microwave and dishwasher safe.
Countertop appliances and the space they need
The air fryer oven is 32.5 cm (12.8 inches) across and 37.8 cm (14.9 inches) high, and the multi cooker holds 32 cups. Both run from a standard household outlet, at 1700 and 1200 watts. Measure the counter and the clearance under your cabinets before ordering either.
